Michael B. Jordan and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II are teaming up for a new dramatic thriller called I Helped Destroy People, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The film is an adaptation of a 2021 New York Times article about Terry Albury, an FBI agent-turned-whistleblower who was assigned to work undercover in Muslim communities post 9/11 as the only Black agent at his bureau. Jordan and Abdul-Mateen will produce the Amazon Studios film, with Abdul-Mateen also tapped to star.
