KMazur/WireImageThe King of Pop’s milestone birthday will be celebrated in style in Las Vegas.
The Michael Jackson Diamond Birthday Celebration will take place on August 29 — which would have been MJ’s 60th birthday — at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino, according to Billboard.
Michael’s children Paris and Prince, and his brothers Jackie, Marlon and Tito are expected to attend the two-part event. A performance of Michael Jackson One by Cirque du Soleil will be followed by an after-party at the Daylight Beach Club.
At the party, Paris, who is an Ambassador for the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation, will accept the 2018 Elizabeth Taylor Legacy Award for Humanitarian Service on behalf of her late father. The Michael Jackson Estate is working with the foundation to bring health care to the African country of Malawi.
The party, for invited guests and those who attend the Cirque du Soleil performance, will include interactive elements inspired by Michael’s videos.
