Fans will be able to watch the event, also featuring appearances by the track’s Grammy Award-winning composer Siedah Garrett and its original producer Quincy Jones — among other artists — on Korean music label SM’s YouTube channel.

Head of YouTube’s Music Content Partnerships for Korea and Greater China Sun Lee says, “Thirty years on, the song remains as moving and relevant as ever, and we’re delighted to livestream this reinterpretation of a class hit to a new generation of fans around the world on YouTube.”

Released in 1988, “Man in the Mirror” spent two weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was nominated for a Record of the Year Grammy award for the 31st annual Grammy Awards.

Jackson co-produced the single, which is featured on his album Bad, with Quincy Jones.
