Michelle Williams has been haunted by the social media hashtag “#PoorMichelle” and an actual website, which sees many critics bringing up her embarrassing past.  Now, for the first time, the former Destiny’s Child singer has decided to address her documented misfortunes, including her infamous BET 106 & Park fall.

“This is the first and last time I will discuss this,” she said during an interview with TIME.  “That was 10 years ago, I’m over it.  Really great things have happened since then for me, but because of YouTube and stuff like that, it lives on forever.”

She also addressed her questionable fashion choices when she attended red-carpet ceremonies alongside Beyonce and Kelly Rowland.

“We knew we were fabulous, and that’s all there is to it,” she says of their Boy Scout-themed outfits.  “Most of all, it was our music that got us to where we are.”

Williams, who recently partnered with Playtex, adds that she doesn’t care what people think.  “Regardless of what people think or say about me, I am always blessed,” she said.  “The fact that people sit and search for this stuff, I am on your mind day and night.  So I thank you so much for making me relevant every single day…Thank you so much, my accounts are bigger because of you.”
