ABC/ Ida Mae AstuteNe-Yo has signed on to entertain audiences at the 2017 Honda Battle of the Bands invitational showcase and the “Miss Independent” artist is excited to appear at Atlanta’s Georgia Dome, where the event will take place.
In an official statement, the singer says, “I can’t wait to perform along with these talented student musicians. It’s a privilege to be a part of this celebration of the HBCU community and culture, and I look forward to giving the fans a great show.”
At the even event, marching bands from eight historically black colleges and universities will perform.
