Ne-Yo and wife Crystal Renay have grown to a family of three. The newly married couple welcomed a baby boy Tuesday night.
“Prince Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr. has arrived,” Renay wrote on Instagram Wednesday morning. The baby arrived weighing 6 lbs, 80z, and was 19 inches long.
The singer’s wife shared her scary delivery process. “It was the scariest delivery ever and I ended getting an emergency C-section cause of complications but with the help of my amazing doctor @drsherryr and my super calming husband @neyo I was able to get through it all and come out with the best reward in the world… SJ!!!!”
Ne-Yo has two children from a previous relationship with reality star and former fiancee, Monyetta Shaw.
