Nelly lists his abandoned St. Louis mansion for $600K

by

ABCNelly is giving house flippers the project of a lifetime.  The “Ride wit Me” rapper has put up his sprawling St. Louis mansion up for sale — asking a humble $600k for the digs.

According to the TMZ, the estate sat vacant for nearly 20 years.  Nelly purchased the Missouri property in 2002 in hopes of flipping it — but the plans fell through and the building sat abandoned for nearly two decades.

The three-time Grammy winner now hopes to shrug off the estate, which is conveniently placed by the famed Hidden Valley Ski Resort in Eureka.

According to the listing on Realtor.com, the property is listed as a short sale — which suggests the “Country Grammer” rapper may have fallen behind on his mortgage payments and he will likely not see a dime from the sale.

The 10,799 square feet Tuscan-style mansion, which was constructed in 1998, sits on a 12-acre lot.  The property touts six beds, six and a half baths, a basketball court, a game room, a media room and picturesque views of the of the Meramec River valley.

One thing is evident in the photos, whoever snaps up this property is in for a lot of work as a good amount of the floors have been pulled up and other projects, like painted walls, were not completed.
