A New Cali Law Means MJ’s Accusers Can Sue for Sexual Abuse

by

Just when you thought the drama has died down over the two adult men who’ve accused the late Michael Jackson of sexual abuse when they were kids, it could possible ramp up again — at least for one of them.   That’s because of a new California law that went into effect with the new year, allows victims of childhood sexual abuse until the age of 40 (up from 26) to file civil lawsuits

Legally, 37-year old Wade Robson now can sue the late King of Pop’s estate.  The question is, “Will he sue?

As for the other MJ accuser, James Safechuck, he’s 41, a year over the cut-off age.

We’ll have to wait and see what happens next.

The two men made news last year with allegations made in the HBO documentary Leaving Neverland.

HBO eventually pulled the documentary over discrepancies that came to light over the timelines and other information alleged by the men.
