NEW YORK STARTS PHASE 1 OF REOPENING DURING COVID-19

After three months of being shut down, New York has started phase one of reopening since the coronavirus outbreak. As many states start to reopen, some of them have seen an increase in COVID-19 cases. Though in New York, phase one means all construction projects can restart; and non-essential retailers can start curbside pickup. Officials now estimate over 400,000 New Yorkers will return back to work starting today after the cities 80 day lockdown.
