Nike has chose to be revolutionary for the 30th Anniversary of their ‘Just Do It’ campaign which celebrates 30 years of them using the ‘Just Do It’ slogan. As apart of the anniversary celebration, Nike revealed Colin Kaepernick as the face of the campaign along with the news that Kaepernick has, in fact, been receiving payment from Nike throughout his differences with the NFL organization and both entities have just been waiting for the perfect moment to announce their continued partnership.
Colin’s particular message for the 30 year ‘Just Do It’ campaign read, “Believe in something. Even if it means sacrificing everything.”
In regards to Nike’s support of Colin they expressed, “We believe Colin is one of the most inspirational athletes of this generation, who has leveraged the power of sport to help move the world forward.”
