[PHOTOS] Dwayne Wade’s Trans-Daughter Attends Truth Awards

After revealing on Ellen last month that his daughter Zaya had decided to live her truth, Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union were photographed with her during her first high-profile outing since coming out as a transgender girl.

The trio stepped out together as guests at the Better Brothers LA’s Truth Awards Saturday night.  The event puts a positive spotlight on the black LGBTQ+ community.

They were dressed to impressed and also took to the stage together as well.

Thank you to @betterbrothersla and the #truthawards for recognizing our good friends @jasonbolden @adair_curtis with the Bussiness Leadership Award. The Truth Awards was created to recognize and highlight the accomplishments of the Black LGBTQ+ community and its allies. In doing so, they increase the awareness of there contributions to Society, Popular Culture and the Arts, and help refocus the lens through which they are seen. The Truth Awards also provides funding for scholarships that supports educational opportunities for youth in the LGBTQ+ community! ✊🏾🖤
