All eyes are on Queen Naija, and rightfully so. The YouTube sensation has become a chart-topping artist seemingly overnight and never backs down from an opportunity to speak her truth.

Ahead of Sunday night’s BET Awards, the “Medicine” vocalist stepped into The Shade Room to keep it all the way real about the balancing act of motherhood, who’d she love to collaborate with, and her post-pregnancy cosmetic surgeries.

Since being vocal about going under the knife, which she vlogged in detail for fans, Naija has faced major backlash. But ask the singer why she went public with her operation, and she says she was simply staying true to her nature.

“I kinda like feel like they gon’ find out one way or another. Why not just tell it?” the 23-year-old explained. “I honestly don’t care how people feel, I feel good. That’s all that matters.”

Naija underwent two surgical procedures — an, abdominoplasty and gluteal augmentation — following the birth of her second child, Legend.

Welcoming her son in the midst of her budding career was made all the easier due to boyfriend Clarence White. The couple have been dating since last year and Legend is their first child together.

“Before I came along, [Clarence] never watched a kid in his life. He never had a pregnancy scare,” the singer revealed.  “But he did a full 360 and not only that but he also accepted my son, too.”

Naija is also a mother to Chris Jr., from a previous relationship.

When Naija isn’t in mommy mode, it’s business as usual. The singer also shared that she’s eager to work with Cardi B, Meek Mill and Chance the Rapper. But collaborating with Beyoncé would be a dream come true.
