Cliff Lipson/CBSJay Z and Beyonce are reportedly close to buying a California mansion, just in time for the holidays.
According to TMZ, the famous couple are in a bidding war with three other buyers for an $85 million-dollar listing. The gossip site reports its the same 23,000 square foot home in Beverly Hills that the pair have visited six times prior, which features panoramic views, eight bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, an infinity pool, wine cellar, 16-car garage and a 24-seat movie theater.
Real estate sources reveal the Carters could potentially close by Christmas for approximately $70 million.
