Keyshia Cole‘s estranged husband Daniel “Boobie” Gibson reportedly has denied sending her divorce papers. Although documents were sent to Cole, the NBA player claims that if it were up to him, he would never file for divorce.
“She would have to do it. I am a Christian. I believe in ’til death do us part,'” he told TMZ.
The gossip site reports that someone filed divorce papers, citing irreconcilable differences and listing Boobie as his own attorney. It wasn’t until the alleged imposter was contacted that the address listed was later matched to an El Pollo Loco restaurant.
Gibson told TMZ that he plans to press charges against the impostor. He also vented his frustrations via Twitter. “Everybody so busy judging everyone else, u would think I would’ve met more Perfect ppl by now. Don’t know any.” Gibson tweeted.
Meanwhile, Keyshia intends to officially end her marriage at a later time, according to TMZ.
