ABC/Randy HolmesIn March, Trey Songz was cleared of criminal charges in connection with an alleged assault during a NBA All-Star Weekend party in LA in February. Now, the alleged victim is suing him.
Andrea Buera has filed a civil suit against the singer, according to TMZ. Songz was arrested for the incident after Buera claimed that he choked her and punched her several times in the face because she was talking to another man.
Biuera claimed that her left eye was swollen shut, and she suffered bruises around her jaw, shoulders, and legs. She’s suing for medical expenses and damages, according to TMZ.
The criminal case was dismissed for lack of evidence.
