‘RHoA”s Kenya Moore says she’s hopeful she’ll reunite with her ex, Marc Daly

by

Tommy Garcia/BravoReal Housewives of Atlanta Kenya Moore is breaking her silence after her abrupt split last month with her husband Marc Daly.

In an interview with People, Moore says the two haven’t yet filed for divorce and she’s still hopeful that they can somehow reconcile.

“I didn’t get married to quit,” Moore says. “I love my husband. I don’t doubt that he loves me. Let me be clear, I took my vows seriously. I believe in for better and for worse and I believe in trying it all before you walk away, especially when we do have a child and we are a family.”

However, Moore, who shares 1-year-old daughter Brooklyn Doris with Daly, says she’s not sure her husband feels the same way.

“I am hopeful, and have always wanted to work on our relationship. But I just don’t know if that’s even a possibility at this point, honestly,” Moore admits. “Marc doesn’t seem to be there. I’d feel more comfortable calling it quits if I knew I’d tried everything and it still didn’t work. And we definitely didn’t do everything we could have done to save our relationship.”

As previously reported, the couple, who married in St. Lucia in June 2017, announced their breakup in September in a joint statement to People.

“It is with profound sadness that I regret to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband Marc Daly,” Moore’s statement read. “Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage.”

Although Daly hasn’t officially spoken out about their breakup via social media, it’s likely Moore will address the split on the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Atlanta, which returns this Sunday, November 3 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
