It seems Rihanna has moved on from her on-again, off-again relationship with Chris Brown. The “Stay” singer is now being romantically linked to Drake, according to Life & Style Weekly.
“They seemed really close and even shared a kiss,” an eyewitness says of the rumored couple, who were seen enjoying a cozy dinner at NYC restaurant Sons of Essex on August 23.
The alleged sighting occurred just two days before Rihanna was caught on camera briefly dancing in her seat while Drake performed “Started from the Bottom” during the MTV Video Music Awards. After his set, Rihanna resumed looking nonplussed for the rest of the show.
So why haven’t they gone public? Well, the source explains, “Rihanna really looked miserable while at the VMAs, even when the cameras were on her. That’s what the problem was. She and Drake are dating and they had a fight.”
If the rumors are true it would mark the third time Ri Ri has hooked up with the Canadian rapper. The pair briefly dated in 2010 and again in 2011. Perhaps Rihanna was trying to tell us something when she cryptically tweeted the lyrics to Drake’s new song, “Hold On, We’re Going Home.”
