Kevin Winter/Getty Images via ABCTo celebrate the debut of her newest fashion collection, Fenty x Puma, in New York City, Rihanna chose not only to make an appearance at her pop-up event in Manhattan’s Herald Square, but also to shop alongside fans, reports The Cut.
“I came back out to shop and mingle with everybody, because I couldn’t believe people were that excited. And I kind of got lost in it and started shopping myself,” said Rih Rih.
Rih’s new athleisure line, with various pieces selling out in record numbers, was created with comfort in mind, and the singer believes will always be in fashion.
“They always say fashion is supposed to be uncomfortable, or whatever they say about that, and it’s true, most of my shoes are,” said Rih.
“But if I can be stylish in something that actually feels good and I don’t have to suck in my stomach when I’m wearing it, it’s a big deal.”
As for the rumors behind her and Drake‘s supposed romance, Rih kept mum on the subject, but did talk about the art of couples coordinating outfits.
“Coordinating is one thing. Dressing alike is a whole other thing,” said Rih Rih.
“I think that’s a lot of planning and premeditation, a lot of work, and it says a lot about the couple,” she said. “I have never once set out to coordinate with any guy I’ve dated, outfit-wise. It would have to be, like, Halloween.”
