Ro James is officially in album mode, or so it appears.
The “Permission” vocalist recently took to social media to hint at the arrival of his sophomore project, a follow up to his 2016 debut, ELDORADO.
While James didn’t share many details, he noted that the effort would be a “smorgasbord of sounds and feelings” that borrow sounds from genres like blues, rock, hip-hop, reggae and gospel.
This news arrives just a week after the singer shared the possible cover art for the project on Instagram.
“Ready to drop some s***. We gon’ do s*** different this time,” he captioned the snapshot.
Adding even more fuel to the fire, James also teased the possibility of a tour with fellow crooner Luke James in a since-deleted Instagram post.
Earlier this year, James earned his first top-10 single of the year, with “Excuse Me.”
