Robin Thicke Opens Up About Co-Parenting Relationship with Ex-Wife Paula Patton

Robin Thicke and his ex-wife Paula Patton are on good terms.

During an an episode of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, the singer revealed that they have put the past behind them for the sake of their five-year-old son Julian Thicke.

“[We’re] on the best terms. The good thing is when you have that long of a friendship and you have a child that you can put first, the most important thing is giving him a healthy, happy life.”

Thicke also revealed he has no regrets for releasing an entire album dedicated to Patton. “You know, as an artist I have no regrets, because as a writer you write what you feel, you have to express yourself and give it away,” he says.  “But, as an entertainer, I felt I should have just given it away for free, instead of promote it or try to make it part of my entertainer’s process.”

In related news, Thicke is currently working on his upcoming, eighth album, arriving early next year.
