Ruff Ryders’ fallen soldier DMX passed away on April 9, 2021, so in honor of his last day on Earth, they’re hosting a special Ryde Out event. Announced Tuesday, the event will take place on X’s two-year death anniversary.
“Save the date! On April 9th please join the Ruff Ryders Family as we celebrate and remember our brother DMX and all our fallen Soilders with our NYC Ryde Out!” the label captioned a post. “Please bring all your family and friends for a day full of food, fun, games and music. More detailed information to come.”
DMX passed away after suffering a heart attack. He was rushed to a White Plains hospital following a reported drug overdose and placed on life support, but he never recovered.
