This week saw the release of major R&B projects from several artists, including Tamar Braxton‘s sophomore album, Love and War. And according to industry forecasts, her disc is currently on pace to debut high on the Billboard 200 album chart next week.

According to Hits Daily Double, Tamar’s new effort is estimated to sell between 105,000 to 110,000 copies in its first week in stores. The 14-track album, which sold out at Walmart on the day of its release, includes her hit title track and “The One.”

“Honestly, these are great records, and I’m not just saying that because they’re mine,” Tamar previously told ABC News Radio. “If they were not mine I would want them to be mine. I do feel like this is my best work yet.”

John Legend‘s newly issued Love in the Future album is expected to sell approximately 50,000 to 55,000 copies. The early sales tally for the singer’s project, co-produced by Kanye West, marks a huge dip from the sales of 2008’s Evolver which sold more than 132,000 copies and debuted at #4 on the Billboard 200.

Meanwhile, Jaheim‘s Appreciation Day follows close behind with an estimated 40,000 to 45,000 in first week sales. No estimates have been published for Raheem Devaughn‘s A Place Called Loveland, available in stores now.
