STARBUCKS CHANGES POLICY TO ALLOW BLACK LIVES MATTER SHIRTS

by

After Starbucks employees were told they couldn’t wear Black Lives Matter merchandise at work, a trend was started to boycott the coffee shop. In an attempt to change their policy, Starbucks will now allow their employees to wear Black Lives Matters t-shirts and even have them pinned in stores. Starbucks is teaming up with its Black partners Network and Black Starbucks leaders to design over 200,000 Black Lives Matter shirts to give to their employees. Starbucks isn’t the only company to rewrite their policies because of social media backlash.

Will you continue to support Starbucks with these last minute changes?
