Stevie Wonder to make Red Rocks debut at benefit concert during annual SeriesFest event

Courtesy of SeriesFestStevie Wonder will headline a benefit show that will be held during the SeriesFest: Season 5 event taking place June 21-26 in and near Denver.

SeriesFest is a non-profit organization that helps promote artists focused on episodic storytelling. The SeriesFest event celebrates TV and music, and takes place in June in the Denver area. It features workshops, readings, panels, TV pilot screenings, parties and more.

SeriesFest culminates with a gathering at Red Rocks Amphitheatre featuring a concert and premiere screenings of network programs. Wonder’s concert is scheduled for June 24 at the famous venue, and will be the first show the legendary entertainer has ever played there.

Tickets for the SeriesFest Season 5 Benefit go on sale to the public this Friday, March 29, at 10 a.m. MT as AXS.com, while a pre-sale begins, Wednesday, March 27, at 10 a.m.

“We are beyond excited and truly honored to have the one and only Stevie Wonder as our ‘Centerpiece’ headliner for Season 5,” say SeriesFest founders Randi Kleiner and Kaily Smith Westbrook in a joint statement.

“There is no bigger, bolder or more prolific storyteller than Stevie. This is going to be an incredibly memorable and special evening.”
