SZA, Travis Scott and The Weeknd are joining forces on a fresh, new single for the impending Game of Thrones‘ compilation album, For the Throne.
Fittingly titled “Power Is Power,” the record is due to arrive this Thursday, April 18. Ahead of its release, SZA teased the single’s cover art via Instagram.
“Heavy is the crown…but never for a queen,” the Grammy-nominated singer captioned the post.
While this effort marks SZA, Travis Scott and The Weeknd’s first collaboration as a trio, the artists have worked together on separate occasions in the past. Most notably, the latter pair connected on “Wonderful,” a cut off of Scott’s 2016 CD, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight. The following year, SZA tapped Scott for the lead single off her album CTRL, “Love Galore.”
Also Tuesday, the entire For the Throne track list was revealed. It includes new material from Rosalía, A$AP Rocky, Ellie Goulding, The National and more.
