Gas Price Averages Dip Before Holiday Travel Week

Gas prices are trending down as we head into the holiday week. AAA reports the national gas average for November 21st is $3.67 per gallon. Californians are paying the most at $5.25 per gallon. Texans pay an average of $2.99 per gallon.
