Tamar Braxton gets dragged online after claiming a man must be gay if he don’t touch you for several days

by

ABC/Lorenzo BevilaquaTamar Braxton‘s recent advice on men and sex apparently isn’t sitting well with her fans.

In a now deleted weekend Instagram post, captured by The Shade Room, Braxton offered her thoughts on relationships, in what she called a “Public service announcement.”

“The truth is ladies that these dudes out here really do be gay!! It ain’t enough money, beauty, hair, babies in the world to keep them!!” she began. “They want D**k!! Periodt!!”

“It’s nothing wrong with you, but they will find EVERY reason in the world to make u not good enough!!” Tamar  continued. “If he lays with you for 3, 4, 10 days and he don’t touch u, it’s NOT YOU!! HE WANT A MAN!! And that’s on my momma.”

Braxton, who’s currently in a relationship with Nigerian businessman David Adefeso, didn’t specify if she was the one experiencing the issues. Still, fans were quick to criticize her for making such a blanket statement about mens’ sexuality.

“So men can’t be in the mood, men can’t have medical problems, men can’t be tired as hell, men can’t be into YOU or feeling YOU,” shared one fan. “They’re gay if they don’t touch you for a certain amount of time. She tried it.”

“One minute women want men to respect them and not use them as objects and then when they get a respectful man that does just that…he’s gay,” wrote another. “This was a very creative way to say, “i’m insecure.”

Another fan called out Braxton for once again exploiting the LGBTQ community.

“Tamar Braxton worry about how you emulated your whole personality off of black gay men,” she wrote. “Without them you would be as dry as your scalp.”

Braxton has yet to respond to the backlash.
