(KRNB) – With all of the excitement surrounding this Tuesday night’s American Music Awards, E-News decided to look back to the show ten years ago, which included that amazing performance of ‘Single Ladies’ by Beyonce.
Also that year, Chris Brown snagged the most awards.
Meantime, British-born singer Ella Mai will be performing her smash debut single Boo’d up, and actress Tracee Ellis Ross will be back to host the AMAs on Tuesday night.
She’s been quite excited about it for weeks!
Hmmm, let me check my calendar… looks like I’m free on October 9th! LET’S DO THIS! #AMAs https://t.co/HIu4O6I8Rz

Take a look back here.
Also, see Ross’s interview in ‘Instyle’ where she talks about living her best life.
“I take care of myself. And, by the way, to me self-care does not mean going to the spa. It’s learning to say no. It’s knowing yourself so you can make choices that are an expression of you. That’s self-care.”
