Trey Songz turned himself in to police following allegations he assaulted two people at a New York bowling alley. According to TMZ, the singer was booked and issued a desk appearance ticket. He’s since been released from custody.

Songz is accused of attacking two individuals at a blowing alley in late October. An unidentified woman claimed he repeatedly punched her face and dragged her by her hair, causing small but visible injuries that were treated at a nearby hospital. A second victim, an unidentified male, later came forth saying he was punched in the eye and refused medical treatment.

Songz and his lawyer Mitch Schuster have denied the allegations; they’re “proactively communicating” with law enforcement, the district attorney and all those involved.

“While we will respectfully and proactively work through all the appropriate channels, we are confident that Trey will be fully cleared of any wrongdoing,” Schuster said in a statement.
