Barry Brecheisen/WireImageOn Saturday, the Oprah Winfrey Network will take a trip down memory lane to honor the late, great Aretha Franklin. Franklin died on Thursday from advanced pancreatic cancer. She was 76.

OWN will re-air the Queen of Soul’s 1999 television interview from The Oprah Winfrey Show. In the episode, Oprah talks to Franklin about her life, career and her autobiography, Aretha: From These Roots.

On that episode, the iconic singer also performed a number of songs, including “Think,” “Respect,” and “Miss Clawdy Medley,”  a medley of songs honoring her father, minister C.L. Franklin. She also paid homage to her gospel roots by singing the soulful “We Need Power.”

The Oprah Winfrey Show special featuring Aretha Franklin airs this Saturday, August 18 at 8:00 p.m. ET on OWN.
