by

Image Courtesy eOne MusicAfter releasing “Hurt Me” last year, Tweet has unveiled the official tracklist for her upcoming album Charlene, titled after her first name.

The 15-track project only includes one guest feature, from Missy Elliott, who gave Tweet her first big break by recruiting her on Missy’s third album, Miss E… So Addictive. There’s also production from Timbaland, Charlie Bereal, Craig Brockman, John “Jubu” Smith and Nisan Stewart.

The singer recently told ABC Radio what fans can expect from her long-awaited proejct. “When I fell in love with music I was Charlene, so you’ll get to hear what inspired me at that point: Charlene,” she says. “It’ll be gospel and Marvin Gaye influences, so that’s what they will get, a great body of work of good soul music.”

Charlene is scheduled for release on February 26 and it’s available for pre-order now.  The set is her first studio album since 2005’s It’s Me Again.
