Harmony Gerber/WireImageInsecure star Jay Ellis, Gabrielle Union and more are calling for Snoop Dogg to provide commentary for all future sporting events after Saturday night’s exhibition boxing match between Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr.

“All sporting events need to hire @SnoopDogg. Somebody give him a contract on Monday,” Ellis tweeted

According to Twitter fans, Snoop’s hilariously funny remarks were the most entertaining part of the night.

Union shared a retweet from Uncorked director Prentice Penny, who wrote, “Can Snoop win an Emmy for his broadcasting tonight? Is that a thing?”

Adding her own response, Union tweeted, “I wanna hear Snoop Dogg be a commentator for every sport. Basketball, football, luge.”

Fans were also drawn to a number of Snoop’s slick and witty remarks, including his comparison of the Tyson/Jones fight to “two of my uncles fighting at a barbecue.”

Michael B. Jordan highlighted another remark, where Snoop said, “Grandma, they out there fighting again.”

Even LeBron James said Snoop was “simply the greatest at whatever he does.”

ESPN’s Stephen A Smith also gave Snoop his props, tweeting, “Are y’all listening to my man @SnoopDogg call this fight. I don’t know about the rest of y’all, but I’m loving this. Snoop’s the most entertaining part of this fight. He’s doing fantastic.”

Fans also loved Snoop’s commentary during a few memorable and meme-able moments during the celebrity match between former NBA star Nate Robinson and YouTuber Jake Paul.

“Caught him…Oh my God. Lord have mercy,” sang Snoop, as Robinson struggled to get back up after taking a hit from Paul. “Precious lord take my hand, lead me on, let me stand.”

“Goodnight Irene,” declared Snoop after Robinson hit the ground after a knockout win by Paul.
