by

Sony Music EntertainmentMichael Jackson goes at it alone in the newly released video for “Love Never Felt So Good.” Unlike the first clip, which starred Justin Timberlake, the alternate video only spotlights the late King of Pop.

In the video, fans are treated to vintage footage of Jackson’s many music videos, including “Beat It,” “Bad,” “Black or White” and “Smooth Criminal,” among others. The clip also includes young dancers attempting MJ’s signature choreography from his popular songs.

Fans on YouTube seem to appreciate the new visual without JT appearing in it. One commented, “Yes! No Justin Timberlake! Thank you! I can listen to this song now!” Another added, “Wow I really love this version! Feels more MJ than the remixed Justin Timberlake version.

“Love Never Felt So Good” is as the first single off of MJ’s posthumous album Xscape.
