RCA RecordsLucky Daye wants fans to pick their favorite scene from his Table for Two visual poem

On Sunday, the New Orleans R&B singer shared behind-the-scenes clips from the nearly eight minute video, which plays his new EP, Table for Two, as background music.

“Have you seen my Table For Two Visual Poem? What’s your favorite scene?” Daye wrote in the caption on Instagram.

The Table for Two visual poem was released on Valentine’s Day and finds Daye contemplating love while he smokes and walks around a beautiful loft. Other scenes include Daye at a strip club, hanging with friends and making a surprise trip to visit his special lady, who leaves him knocking at the front door.

The poem follows Daye’s seven-song EP, Table for Two, which features amazing R&B vocals from Ari Lennox, Queen Naija, Joyce Wrice, Yebba and British soul singers Mahalia and Tiana Major9.

It’s been almost two years since Daye released his debut album, Painted, which earned four Grammy nominations including Best R&B Album. His 2018 single, “Roll Some Mo” received two nominations and was followed by a remix with Ty Dolla $ign and Wale.

Daye celebrated the one year anniversary of his Painted project last May with a deluxe release and another “Roll Some Mo” remix featuring dancehall artists Chronixx and MediSun.
