The woman suspected of breaking into Chris Brown‘s Agoura Hills home was officially charged Friday, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Amira Kodcia Ayeb, who allegedly broke into Brown’s home on May 2, was charged with one felony count each of first-degree residential burglary, stalking and vandalism. If convicted, she faces more than seven years in state prison.

Earlier this week, she allegedly lived in the residence for several days and vandalized the singer’s house and cars. She was arrested Wednesday after Brown returned home from a Las Vegas show.

The case remains under investigation. Prosecutors will ask that bail be set at $220,000 during her arraignment.
