YG teams up with K-Swiss to relaunch their Classic LX sneaker

by

Def Jam RecordingsYG has partnered with classic shoe brand K-Swiss for their “Country Club Campaign.”

K-Swiss joined forces with the “Big Bank” rapper, who represents the next generation of entrepreneurs forging their own lane in branding and business. According to KSwiss.com, the partnership celebrates the relaunch of the 55-year-old K-Swiss Classic LX, featuring the signature five-stripe design, three-piece toe and D-rings.

YG served as creative director of the campaign ad featuring artists from his 4Hunnid record label such as Day Sulan, D3szn, Mitch and Tay2xs. The artists wore K-Swiss gear while posing at a country club-themed set in Los Angeles, paying homage to the “wood-paneled country clubs of the 1960s and 70s,” where the “wealthy elite would network and socialize.”

The Classic LX shoes are available in classic white, black and red for $70 at select Champs, Footaction and Foot Locker stores, and online.
