A Bridgehampton, New York, mansion they previously rented for the summer of 2012 is now available for the month of July.
The 12-bedroom, 12-bathroom Sandcastle estate covers more than 11 acres and includes a two-lane bowling alley; 60-foot heated pool with an underwater stereo system; gym, spa, skateboarding ramp, rock-climbing wall, guest house and children’s performing area; plus tennis, squash and racket ball courts.
Queen Bey and Jigga rented the property for $400,000 a month, so perhaps their presence has more than doubled the price.
