Congratulations to Kirk Franklin, his new song “Wanna Be Happy” has debuted at #1 on the iTunes charts!
Franklin says the song which premiered last Friday on Smooth R&B 105.7’s Steve Harvey Morning Show is inspired by his continued desire to lead others to God.
“Every human being was wired with the desire for happiness” he said. “And we will try different things all in the pursuit of that feeling. With this song I’m saying if you really want to be happy, you have to start with the originator. My goal is to try to lead people to the manufacturer of their souls.”
