Tye Tribbett will take on a new role this weekend, host of the new show “Joyful Noise!” The show which will be a part of BET’s Sunday morning Gospel lineup replaces “Bobby Jones Gospel” which had been on the air for 35 years.
Tribbett says that even though he’s hosted various TV shows before, this will be much different but he’s certainly up for the challenge.
“I’ve hosted the Stellar Awards, and I’m doing the Dove Awards this year, but I have never hosted anything as consistent as this show” he said. “This will be different, but I’m ready!”
“Joyful Noise” with Tye Tribbett will debut Sunday, October 9th at 8:00 a.m. on BET!
