Pastor Shirley Caesar will get another huge honor to go along with her ‘beans, greens, tomatoes, potatoes, and lamb!” The Gospel music legend will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award during the upcoming Grammy Awards celebration.
Caesar may have her hands full because in addition to the Lifetime Achievement Award, she’s also nominated for two Grammys for her latest album “Fill This House.” Earlier this year, Pastor Caesar received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in celebration of her over 40 year career in Gospel music.
The Grammy Awards will air February 12th on CBS.
