Essence Fest To Honor Gospel Legend Dottie Peoples!

The 2018 Essence Festival will close out this year’s weekend with an all-star salute to Gospel music legend Dottie Peoples!

Peoples who is best known for the classic song “One TIme God” has been nominated several awards throughout her 30 year career including three Grammys and multiple Stellar Awards.

Those set to perform during the July 8th Essence Fest salute to Dottie Peoples include Smokie Norful, Marvin Sapp, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, and Johnny Gill.
