A riot broke out in an Alabama prison on Saturday. One-hundred inmates have reportedly taken control of a prison dormitory at Holman Correctional Facility which is located about 50 miles north of Mobile. Officials say they are not sure what sparked the riot.
According to NPR the facility was designed to house 13,000 inmates, this prison currently holds 24,000. Okay, that is crazy!
