Skin Color Could Influence How You Sleep

A new study reveals that Black Americas are five time more likely to suffer with a sleep disorder than whites.  How many hours of sleep do you get at night? If you work an overnight shift it can really be a struggle.  The National Sleep Foundation recommends that adults get seven to nine hours of sleep each night, if you don’t  you could have a higher risk of getting high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity.
