Facts About Your Health & Being Black

In American being Black is bad for your health. There is no way to sugar-coat it either and sugar is bad for you anyway. There is a huge gap in health equity in this country despite the goal to provide access and means for all to have a healthy life. For Black American it spans education and income. Educated blacks even are sicker and die younger than our educated white peers according to researchers at University of California, San Francisco. I’m no physician but the common denominator is the American diet. It’s this processed food that is causing all of these chronic health issues.

A black person on average will live three years less than a white person with the same income.
