Foods That Cause Stress

A a busy mom on the go it is easy to get stressed-out.  It is natural to reach for a drink or your favorite comfort food.  A recent study suggest that alcohol is not what you need but remember alcohol is going to make you depressed. It will also make you dehydrated which will also alter your mood. The next time your are stressed-out it might not be a good idea to go the the candy either.
