R.I.P. Rude Boys’ Larry Marcus

by

Singer, songwriter and member of the Cleveland-based R & B Group ‘The Rude Boys’, Larry Marcus has died.

Larry better known as “Bingo” wrote the group’s biggest record, “Written All Over Your Face’ featuring Gerald LeVert. The song was the second single from the album “Rude Awakenings” and made it to number #1 on Billboards R & B chart in 1991. My favorite Rude Boys song was “Are You Lonely For Me” which was also a #1 hit! Sending condolences to his family, friends and the Cleveland music family.

Larry was the cousin of legendary blues man BB King. The cause of death has not been released.
