A St. Louis jury awarded another plaintiff a multi-million dollar settlement in the talcum powder case against Johnson & Johnson. This is the third verdict to rule against the manufacturer and in favor (in this case) of a 63-year-old California woman who was diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer in 2012.
