When the sad news of Kim Porter dying swept across the Internet, the little-known fact resurfaced, one of the most iconic R&B slow jams was written in her honor. The song written by Sure and was dedicated to the son Sure and Porter shared together, Quincy. It was reported that Porter died on Thursday after being found unresponsive in her California home, she is survived by her three children, D’Lila Star Combs, Jessie James Combs, Quincy Brown.
