It sure seems that way; Bella skipped the traditional Thanksgiving with the family to travel with The Weeknd to Dubai. The Canadian singer, songwriter even met a few of her family members. The couple had broken up in November 2016 but have been spending time together since Spring 2018. I think they are cute and wish them the best.
