Jennifer Hudson and her ex-fiance are headed to court to find out who will get custody of their 9-year-old son, David Daniel Otunga Jr. The trial will start on March 11th in Chicago, Illinois. Hudson filed a protective order against Otunga but later withdrew it. In court documents Hudson says that Otunga once grabbed his son’s hand and pushed her out of the way and he left a gun holster on the counter, knowing her sensitivity to firearms after the death of her mother and brother. Otunga denies Hudson’s allegations and is asking for Jennifer’s sister, Julia Hudson to testify under oath about who should have custody. How are you going to ask Jennifer’s sister to get involved? Co-parenting is hard especially when one is famous.
